Hardware
Scanners, printers and cash drawers
- USB, wireless (2.4 GHz) and Bluetooth barcode scanners in keyboard (HID) mode. 2D scanners also read QR codes.
- Thermal receipt printers (80 mm and 58 mm) through the browser's print window; A4 printers and Save as PDF for invoices.
- A cash drawer connected to the receipt printer can open when a receipt prints (set in the printer driver).
- Scanners in serial (SPP / COM) mode and weight / price barcodes from scales are not supported yet.
- Brands and models are not individually certified. Use the built-in Scanner & hardware test screen with your own device.

Common questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Raza POS works in a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Which barcode scanners work?
Scanners in keyboard (HID) mode, connected by USB, a wireless receiver or Bluetooth. The POS has a test screen to check your scanner.
Can I print receipts?
Yes, through the browser on 80 mm or 58 mm thermal printers, or as A4 / PDF invoices.
Is my business data private?
Each business's sales, customers and stock are kept separate. Our support team can open them only if the business owner grants support access.
How do I pay for a plan?
Subscription invoices are paid by bank transfer. Upload the payment proof in Billing and our team verifies it.
